Project Duration: One week site assessment working closely with the client's staff and remote issues resolution and report completion.
Applicable Directives: N/A SEMI Are Guidelines only specifically for semiconductor industry.
Project Summary:
TIE was contracted to complete SEMI evaluation to S2, S8, S10, S14 and S22, including on-site testing, safety evaluation report and SEMI Safety Evaluation Certificate.
Our Role:
TIE visited the client's site and assessed Wafer cleaning machine to the applicable SEMI Guidelines. We produced and initial GAP analysis against the Guidelines so we could then focus on a few key areas alongside the client's technical personnel to ensure the design criteria of the SEMI Guidelines were met. This collaborative approach allows TIE personnel to quickly move through the requirements to complete the checklists laid out in the SEMI Guidelines.
The Clients Role:
The client ensured complete support for TIE. They made themselves available for any questions concerning the product and worked to ensure any queries were identified and closed out as necessary.
Final Outcome:
Unresolved issues from the on-site visit were resolved and a SEMI report was compiled. This is then complemented with the issue of SEMI Safety Evaluation Certificate.
